United We Stand…

People are products, but people also produce.

Mostly, people produce what they are products of.

Actually, no one can give what they don’t have.

I make mention of this for better AND for worse, but also to prove a point that today, with self-service everything alarmingly more a priority, we tend to overlook: people produce. Now, that may look like a repeat, but it’s actually not. Notice I didn’t say, “…a person produces…”  This post is about unity and it’s irrefutable power. We complain about not having it, but fail to realize that unity has more to do with than being in the same place at the same time, or on a song together, or on the block together.

The greatest move of unity known to man is NOT the pushing of the homosexual agenda, but occured over 2000 years ago, as a number of different men from different backgrounds and upbringings were all assembled together on a particular day that would fulfill a promise and impact the affairs of men forever. These men were at the same place at the same time, yes, but the prerequisite for this move was these men having the same heart. They wanted the same thing. They weren’t concerned about titles or who was in charge of who would be promoted or who would receive the opportunity, first; they wanted what they wanted for each one in attendance, together. Their desire was not self-serving, but selfless. This day was the Day of Pentecost, which ushered in the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT for EVERY Believer.

As a whole, we’ve gotten away from unity, because for some self-serving reason, we’ve come to believe that being on one accord has to deal with the loss individuality, when it actually has to deal with not prioritizing it. Over the past few months, I’ve had the honor of working with and building relationships with artist who don’t just do what I do, but who do what they do, and well. GOD has placed a burden on my heart and in my spirit to re-prioritize unity for the purpose of populating HIS KINGdom, so I’ve been reaching out and have been blessed by the reach back. Because we can esteem each other higher than ourselves, and we should, I’d like to share some of these artists with you. I believe their ministry gifts and anointings will bless you.

Unity looks like pushing other people without being concerned about yourself. If we serve the same GOD, one WHO is just and faithful, then the opportunities we afford others are seed. Don’t be afraid to sow; the harvest is ripe. But bear this in mind: people can’t and won’t be in unity if they’re not products of it.  Here are a few folks that are:

Acts  2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.  2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.  2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.  2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Psalms  133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!  133:2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;  133:3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Love y’all,

KD
